Unless the item(s) in your order is/are damaged upon receipt, we do not offer any refunds.
Due to the uniqueness of our items, we do not offer exchanges on our items unless there is a size issue (wrong size of ring, for example), and we have the exact same item available in the replacement size needed. We reserve the right to decline an exchange if we do not have a comparable replacement item in stock.

No. Since we do not charge for additional handling, your order was only charged for the actual postage used to send it out to you, which cannot be refunded
Yes. Our recommendation is to use USPS First Class Priority, as you would be able to receive a tracking number for your own records. We do not reimburse returned/refunded shipping.
